The Factory

Our obsession with immediacy blinds us to its cost. Our inability to delay gratification is fueled by the endless and uncontrolled availability of the digital world, and the use of resources exceeds the capacity that nature can contain. Lack of empathy leads to exploitation and numbness.

To highlight the direct connection between consumption and exploitation, we organized a day-long continuous performance. Visitors were invited to influence the work in progress, taking control of the workers’ actions. This interactive experience aimed to foster a sense of responsibility for their own choices.
